Engineered with supermarket corridors and food processing areas in mind, the flexiGo™ Slimline compact door requires minimal installation space – just 150mm of total side room (100mm RHS, 50mm LHS) and only 470mm of headroom. It’s the ideal solution for tight spaces where traditional doors may not fit.

Thanks to its minimal footprint, this door is a game-changer for supermarkets and processing facilities that have traditionally relied on swing doors. Unlike swing doors or strip curtains, this door offers a completely unobstructed opening with enhanced rodent, bird, and insect protection – no gaps are left when closed.

Built for demanding environments, the Slimline door is constructed using food-safe materials including aluminium, plastic, and stainless steel. The shaft, drum, and bearings are all made from durable 304 stainless steel, making it fully suitable for wet washdown conditions.

Tested rigorously in our New Zealand workshop, the door has surpassed 1,000,000 continuous cycles without a single failure – a testament to its reliability and durability. Key Features

Integrated Grid Photocell System: A built-in grid-style photocell (0-1800H) enhances operational safety by detecting movement across the full door width.
Multi-Point Detection: Equipped with multiple sensing zones, the advanced photocell system reliably detects objects of varying shapes and sizes. This is especially effective for openframe or wire shopping trolleys.
Unwinding Detection System: In the event of structural damage to the door, the unwinding detector automatically triggers the door to reopen, helping prevent further damage to the curtain.
Privacy with Visibility: Semi-See through curtains give a balance between maintaining privacy and ensuring situational awareness.

Additional Options:

Motion Sensor & Motion Radar: when motion in the selected field this will activate the door to open.
Semi See Through Curtains: Allows visibility of objects or individuals on the opposite side, supporting workplace health and safety protocols.
